BPC 10.1, HANA TIME not assigned in Data Manager

We recently upgraded our OS and HANA DB to SP12 and Linux OS SUSE 12.2

This caused an error with a select statement that references %TIME_SET%.

*SELECT(%YR1%,"[YEAR]",TIME,"[ID]='%TIME_SET%'")

The error message is -

Error running default logic ()

Dimension set: "TIME" not assigned in Data Manager

Prior to the upgrade this code was working. Is there a patch or OS note that needs to be applied?

First, please perform test in UJKT (in data region provide: TIME=2018.02):

    *SELECT(%YR1%,[YEAR],TIME,[ID]=%TIME_SET%) //useless " and ' removed

    *XDIM_MEMBERSET TIME=%YR1%.01 //assuming that you have TIME members like 2018.01, 2018.02...

    Post results.
