Prerequisition for LogMeIn GoToAssist for remote support from the SAP ONE Support Launchpad

Greetigs,

Hi, i tried to follow SAP Note 2026090 - How to use LogMeIn GoToAssist for remote support from the SAP ONE Support Launchpad to configure remote, whilst when i log in with S user ID, show 'no system data', may i know what is the prerequisition for LogMeIn?

I tried another method via RSP, also have error

Hello Ng,

Could you please click on the "ALL" since by default it shows the "Open" Connection which in your case is none yet.

Thank you, but when i click on 'ALL', it also shows nothing

Hello Ng,

It could be the one reason that you don't have any system created for this particular customer.
Or
If you have a systems created but yet not being able to see them, I would request create an incident SBO-RSP-SER for further assistance from SAP Support.
