Deactivation of input boxes on selection of value from drop down.

Hello Experts,

I have a very unique requirement in the Internet service CATW , I have to deactivate some text boxes on selection of a particular value in a drop down box. Could somebody please give me some suggestions so as to how i can go about doing this?
