Problem with BEx Report Designer

Hi All,

I am having the problem at BEx Report Designer.

It is giving the Error while loading query metadata

Check the query and portal settings

RSBOL 017 Java communication error: Error when opening an RFC Connection

It is showing error at RFC connection how to check once we go to SM59 then where to check.

Any once give the solution where to resolve the Issue.........
