Dear all, I get error during installing Solution Manager 7.1, and cant fix this. Please Help.
An error occurred while processing option SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Support Release 1 > SAP Systems > Oracle > Central System > Central System(Last error reported by the step: DIAGNOSIS: For more details see output of log file:). You can now: • Choose Retry to repeat the current step. • Choose Log Files to get more information about the error. • Stop the option and continue later. Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/SOLMAN71/SYSTEM/ORA/CENTRAL/AS.
sapinst.log file
sapinst_dev.txt file
sapinst_loginquirer.log file is empty
UserCheck.log
Any other files needed?

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I already create SAPJSF user manually. But that didn't solve my problem.
Any options?
P.S. I need to install Solution Manager 7.1 and then upgrade to 7.2.

All errors in log files. During installation i have error that on top of topic, without error code.

SAP Solution manager 7.1 is out of maintenance and support.
Please install Solution manager 7.2
For your question: Did you tried creating user manually?
