MM/SD Consignment - stock valuation

I am reviewing a consignment sales/procurement process between two companies of the same business group (Company A -> Company B).

My customer's requirement is to valuate stock from both companies based on Consignment fill up date instead of Consignment issue date. Any thoughts of how to achieve that by using SAP standard?
