and check ur status details and forward the same

In the order itself you can go to staus blue box and click it. go to busness transaction and see the what is prohibited and what is allowed

Hi,

Incase if a user status is used with regards to CSER status to prevent TECO then it will not allow or using BS22 if CSER status is configured to prevent business transaction TECO then also it will not allow to TECO.

Please check in BS22 for same

Alos check,

Please execute transaction CO1P and COGI and clear the error records from there, once this is done you will be able to do TECO.
