Email Integration

Hi Guys,

Our business requirement is - click on Contact Person's email address in WEB UI and system should open Lotus Notes email reply browser with contact person details in 'To' line.

How can I achieve this without SAP CRM 2007 <> Lotus Notes integration?? Any pointers or documentation or steps?? will be highly appreciated.

you can liverage the functionalty of webserivice to achieve this.

Hi Amber,

this is not supported as of standard CRM 2007.

In CRM you can use the built in Email Editor to compose outbound E-mails. This sends the mail, makes it persistent in the customer interaction history and puts it into the sent items to the groupware as well. this is call one-to-one collaboration and can be maintained under basic functions.

Using native groupware client would require a custom development.
