How to remove Description from Title Bar

Hello All,

I'm trying to modify Title Bar means I want to remove Description of a documents( activity, order, opportunity etc)from Title Bar . Can anybody Help me out ? I have done some thing in the method 'IF_BSP_WD_HISTORY_STATE_DESCR~GET_STATE_DESCRIPTION'. But it's not working. plz give me some alternative solutions
