How to set up INTERACTION RECORD

Hello friends,

Could you send me some links about how to set up INTERACTION RECORD?

I need to change the Interaction Record screen, there are 4 parts, Mkt Campaing, Notes, Docut flow, Clipboard. I need to remove mkt infos, and replace it with other information.

I need to integrate solution data base into Interaction Record.

You can notice, I'm lost with this subject, so any information are welcome.
