Characteristics are missing for forecast in RRP3 after released

Hello,

I have configured CBF functionality with 3 characteristics and maintained forecast for the combination of location, product and 3 characteristics then forecast has been released to PPDS/SNP by using transaction MC90 and forecast is showing in RRP3 transaction but characteristics did not link due to some reason (triangle is missing for forecast lines).

Q1). Is anyone come across this situation? Do you have any ideas what is missing for not linking characteristics for forecast lines? Due to this, PR's are also creating without characteristics after I ran heuristic through rrp3 transaction. Kindly advise your inputs to resolve the issue. Your immediate response will be appreciated immensely

Hello,

Note 2517408 was helped to fix the issue. Now green triangle is showing for forecast lines in rrp3 with characteristics. but characteristic are not linking for PR's now after I ran heuristic. I will check the root cause.
