Non valuated sales order stock result analysis

Dear Experts, I need your advice we work with non valuated sales order stock so the situation that we produced the whole quantity then we delivered just part of the quantity to the customer and at period end closing we settle the production order to sales order the question here that I need to capitalize the remain quantity to WIP and the deliver quantity to be cost of sales so I need your advice how can I do this ?
