Field selection AKTA in ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST

Hi Experts,

Am using me22n to change PO. I want item 10 to always show in display mode. Have implemented ZCL_IM_ME_PROCES_PO->FIELDSELECTION_ITEM_REFKEYS however all the Item detail Tabs are not shown in Display mode like Delivery Address , Confirmations, Delivery Schedule,Import, Conditions. Am passing AKTA in ch_key01 and ch_key04 still no luck.

Is there any way I can make all the fields of all tabs Display mode.
