Source safe Add-in for ABAP editor

Dear experts,

I am looking for the Add-in tool which has the functions to manage version for ABAP Code. The Version Management tool in ABAP does not satisfy our requirements as Visual Source Safe of Microsoft for .Net 2003.

Pls give me your idea.

The ABAP editor for versions is standard code from SAP. You cannot change the editor with other external.
