How do we differentiate ERSA contract parts and normal ERSA Parts?

(Contract parts don’t have value they are not received yet they are assign SAP # )

From what you describe, the Materials Management at your enterprise is using two different methods for supplying the same ERSA Spare Parts, one method that uses Contracts and another normal method. Since both are Material Type ERSA, it is hard to differentiate.

Recommend you talk to the people in Materials Management that designed and execute the process for supplying the parts via the two methods. I can guess as to the differences, but it would only be a guess. You could see if the parts are on a Contract. You may be able to see a difference in the Material Master details.

Since the ERSA Contract parts do not have a value and are not received, Are the normal ERSA parts stocked? If yes, then the MRP screens on the Material Master are different.
