Initial Load of Business partners & Partner functions (relationships) in S4 Hana on premise / C4C

Hello,

I would like to know how to send Business partners as well as their dependent Partner functions(ship-tos, bill-tos etc) using the DRFOUT t-code in S4/HANA on premise.

When we send the BP first its fails in C4C webservice monitoring asking for the Partner function to be sent first.

How to we manage to do this. I cannot find any documentation talking about these dependencies and how to do initial load and delta load.

Dear Mounia,

1. Make sure that you are sending all relevant BusinessPartner Roles to C4C, e.g. Sold-to, Bill-to, Ship-to etc.

2. Once you confirm that all relevant roles are being sent out to C4C, then for initial load you can simply filter out PartnerFunction node from the BusinessPartnerReplication message.

3. If you are facing issues with BusinessPartnerRelationship messages in C4C, then while triggering replication in S4, only send BusinessPartner message, suppress relationship messages.

Once you have done initial load of all businesspartners, then you can remove filtering for PartnerFunction node also you can send relationship messages.

This should help you with your initial load.
