​Incorrect MRP suggestion! MOQ

Hello, I need help.

For some items registered without a MOQ (MM03 and ME13), MRP suggests buying with a MOQ of 500 pieces, but I did not find anything in the register that shows that it contains MOQ 500 pieces. Would anyone know if there is any field other than MM03 and ME13 that is registered MOQ?

Hello Enio

MRP will determine the replenishment quantity based on the material lot sizing. Check what is your lot sizing procedure defined in the material master and if you have additional settings, such as a minimum lot size or a rounding value.

Thanks for the reply. I found the problem, was registered the "Quotization" in the MEQ1 with a MOQ of 500. Thanks!

How do you know that the MRP quantity of 500 is a MOQ (minimum order quantity) and not just the quantity that you need to fulfill an order?

What does MD04 and CO09 show? What MRP type and lotsize do you use?
