FERT Material need to scrap but empties are part of it

A scenario is related to beverage industry where Empty bottles and shells are part of BoM in FERT. Now liquid has been a loss in the warehouse which means such loss quantity need to scrap from the system.

Scrap transaction of FERT will also stock out empty bottles and shells which can stock in later by movement 501 but does SAP have any other recommendations to resolve such scenario?

movement types 441 and 442 deal with tied empties.
