Sales area missing during customer and product download fron r/3 to crm

Former Member

Hi,

we have an integration between ECC 6.0 and CRM 5.0.

The products and Customers are replicated from r/3 to crm without any errors but when we check in CRM these do not contain the sales area data which is assigned in r/3.

Following have already been done:

· In transaction OOATTRCUST buffering has been set for both Sales and Service.

· The report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE has been executed.

· The objects DNL_CUST_S_AREA and DNL_CUST_SALES are in done state in txn- R3am1

. In Organizational data settings the mapping for R/3 to CRM sales area shows No Difference.

Looking forward for your suggestions to close this issue at the earliest.

Prathiba

Hi,

The Sales area for product is still missing during replication from r/3.

Please suggest if any further settings needs to be checked.

Hi Prathiba,

First find out the materials with out the sales area.

Take one material from for test load.

Goto R3AR2 and create a new request for loading the material.

There you have to give the details of the Material to be loaded.

Using R3AR4 load that request and check the load status using R3AR3.

Now check for the sales area of the material.

If it works repeat this for the other materials also.

still if it does not works, restart the CRM server and and do the load again.

Hi Arun,

Thank you for your response it surely helped .

Now the sales area for customer is replicated into CRM the following were done:

1) checked the header division which was not done earlier

2) Ran the tcode CRMD_DOWNLOAD_SB which showed sales area bundling downloaded

3)Then i loaded DNL_CUST_S_AREA, DNL_CUST_SALES and DNL_plant again.

But when i did a delta download of product the sales area is still missing.

please let me know if any specific settings are to maintained for a product sales area replication.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Prathiba,

I would kindly suggest you to wait for one more day for everything working fine as per the links given below.

The reason is because, even in my project, after doing all settings, we got the sales area flowing only on the next day.

Please make sure that the buffer report is executed again, so that the buffers are cleared and helps the sales area flowing.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Arun Sankar.

Hi Prathiba,

The points given below are very generalized solutions for "Sales Area Missing Problem" in Material and BP.

Some steps would have been already completed, while there are possibilities of missing some steps. Kindly check for the same.

1. The Initial Load for DNL_CUST_S_AREA, DNL_CUST_SALES should be in DONE status in R3AM1.

2. Run the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE in SE38.

3. Goto SPRO - Customer Relationship Management - Master Data - Division Settings - Define use of Division and Dummy Division - Execute. The Header Division should be checked and the R/3 Dummy Division should be empty.

4. Run the tcode CRMD_DOWNLOAD_SB,

5. Run the report CRM_MKTBP_ZCACL_UPDATE_30

6. Run the report CRM_ORG_INDEX_CREATE for values 'O' & 'S'. (Organization and Position)

7. Applying Notes 1067977.

8. Have maintained T77OMATTR table for sales scenario.

There lies the attributes which u might be using for the sales data maintenance, check whether those attributes are visible ,else check the boxes against those attributes to make them visible.

Also, Check the below links, which would be helpful.

Hope this helps.

Also, if your issue is solved, please reply with the steps you have followed for the solution, as that would help many of the SDN users in future.

Thanks.

Arun Sankar.

Hi Rekha,

1)The "object permitted in determination" has been checked against the required org

2)Also in the function tab the R/3 distribution and division have been assigned under sales org tab.

3) In the Attributes tab the respective distribution and division have also been assigned.

Hi Prathiba

Have you checked the "Object permitted in Determination" check box for the Org structure in CRM?
