I would suggest you to Sit once with your functional and complete whole one PO cycle from PR to MIRO that would be even nice to you.

Hi,

1)To create a PO Goto --> ME21 transcation. provide the Vendor

providing the header details like organisational details like Purchase Organistaion

Purchase group

comapny code

then provide the item details like

item number 10

material number A12001

Po quantity : 3

UOM : KG

then in the item--> Delivery schedule tab you have to enter the delevery date and start delevery date.

enter and save the PO.

2)Documentation Over flow On ---> Click on the Flower symbol -->Select Purchase order-> execute.

A list of PO will be found..

Drag any PO and drop it inthe Bucket in the Header beside the standard PO.

this will automatically create the PO with the exesting PO.

my question is how to create PO not asking how to create pool table and cluster table
