How to resolve sales org & dist channel comb app error in AFS prod replicationto C4C?

Hi,

I am replicating AFS products from AFS back end to C4C. I am encountering the following application error-

Combination of sales org. SO_1000 and distribution channel Z1 already exists.

I have maintained the z1 distribution channel in the sales org SO_1000. To take a chance at the error I removed teh Z1 dist channel and replicated again, but still the same error exists.

Could anyone please suggest a solution.

Hi Ruchika,

Could you please check the if there are multiple mappings for the distribution channel code Z1 or not? If they are marked as inbound default then this error will be occurred.

If above case is applicable in your scenario then recommendation is to create a distribution channel in C4C for every distribution channel available in backend and do a one to one mapping and remove all the mapping.

Hi Amit,

Thanks for the reply. However, I found this error was occurring because already the product was already replicated in the system with the sales area active.
