To see document flow with STATUS and DOC NO in ME23N Transaction

Hello Guru's,

I am new to this field, I am in me23N transaction and i want to see the document flow which should show all documents like PGI, gr and Billing document including DOCUMENT numbers and its status like completed / not completed. Will anyone guide me this simple question pl.

You Can Check the Purchase Order Status whether it is Good Receipted, Invoice Receipted, Down Payments Exist etc in PO Item Detail Purchase Order History Tab.

You can also Check Purchase Order History in ME1P

hi,

There are 2 ways:

1.Go to ME23n --> Item details > PO History Tab> In it you will see all the settlements like GR, IR, Returns etc...

2. Check the PO history through ME1P tcode..

ME23n is for Purchase Order display, on the item over view check for the tab " Purchase Order History"

If further processing is carried out, you should be able to see a delivery, invoice receipt , goods receipt based on the process.
