How to Achieve the dynamic structure using sender SFTP Adapter

Am getting the dynamic structure from the sender .how to achieve this requirement using SFTP to RFC.

for example:

00:123:1231 -Starting file

01:2123:ewewq:32421:wefww:qefwgfr-Header line item

06:3214:15:1254:rweer-line itme

10:34214321:42354-discount

12:32141:343231-line item

99:34215:413513:4541ending file

In the above structure 00 and 99 are the starting and ending line in one life it will come once in the file at the same time am not passing to the target,but 01,06,10,12 will come multiple times inside the 00 and 99 lines.Here 01 to 12 is considering one transaction and when again starting with 01 it is another transaction :The below structure am unable to achieve.Please help me on the same.
