first check data should be date of Calendar day object.

Try with this.

=if(calendar day)=max(calendar day) in ( name) then 1 else 0

Hi Amit,

Thanks, Still some couple of count numbers missing:

I ran for ITS dept:

Count of records : 1 (fine)

then i ran for CIT dept:

Count of records : 1 (fine)

Now when i input for both ITS;CIT dept in prompt, it should fetch 2 records as results but it displays only

1 record..

when i try below your modified formula, the count of records are increased to 4

=if(calendar day)=max(calendar day) in ( name;dept) then 1 else 0

Sent you the screenshot in my above post.

Thanks,

Dinya

Hi,

Does Dept has 2 different Max dates then?.

Can you post a screen shot of the data you are trying to compare with?.
