Defining a Folder Hierarchy Template for Case Attachments

Hello CRM2007 Experts!

My question concerns file attachments to CRM Case.

I need a default folder template, so that users will attach the files into predefined folders.

I want to build a default folder hierarchy, for example:

.pictures

....big pictures

....small pictures

.movies

....movie category 1

....movie category 2

The user will then choose the appropriate folder and upload the file onto it.

I've tried to define a folder template using

[SAP IMG>>>CRM>>>Basic Function>>>Content Management>>>Define Templates for Folders],

but could not find how to connect it to a case.

Can this be done by customization?

And if not, can i achieve this otherwise?

For instance, by implementing the badi for saving a case so that it will check whether the hierarchy exists, and if not - it will create it.

Hi Lior

as far as I know you can do it one of the 3 ways bellow:

1) SPRO -> Transactions ->Basic Settings -> Assign Transaction Types to Templates for Folder and Doc. Te

2) SPRO -> Master Data -> Business Partner -> Basic Settings ->  Assign Templates for Content Management Folder

3) SPRO -> Products -> Settings for Product Type -> Assign Content Management Folder Template to Product Type
