Issue during Best Record Calculation in MDG Consolidation

In Best record Calculation step, I have selected source system rule and rule is working fine for all tables except BUT021_FS_PRC table. In this table i'm only getting XXDEFAULT usage but in my BUT021_FS_SRC source table i also have 0001 and 0002 address usage entry.

Anyone know why it's not showing other address usages.

If note is not solving the issue ,better to log SAP incident.
