Display Company Logo in Mail Forms

Hi Guys,

I am able to upload the .JPG file and view the Image.However, the same Image is not getting displayed in the Mailform

How did you build the mail, is it an html body a pdf attachment, how did you try to include the picture... Could you elaborate a bit?

I have used HTML to display Mail-forms.I converted JPG Image to HTML format and tried to display the Image. I am able to view the Image while previewing the Mailform but am unable to view the Image in the actual mail.

Could you elaborate the "converted JPG Image to HTML format". Suppose you put an img tag in the main body and a local reference link, it will be not resolved on mail client.

You could consider some solutions, for example add the picture as an attachment (e.g. logo.gif) to the mail and use a <img src="CID:logo.gif"> in the html body.

No it's not showing in SOST but I am able to view it when I click on Test send and Preview.

how do you call sapconnect interface? via so_document_send_api1 or cl_bcs?
