Trial Balance by Profit Center

I am trying to find a trial balance by profit center. I want to select the company code and then the report displays EACH profit center's balance for each GL account. I have found reports where I can see one at a time. That is not useful to me. I need the entire data in one report.

    Dear Mike,

You can create some query using table FAGLFLEXT, the Profit Center is one of the keys of the summarized balance table FAGLFLEXT.

My question is coming from the perspective of a DEU (dumb end user). I need a pre-existing report that does this. Thanks for the extremely prompt reply, though.

    • Ok, I unknow a standard report like you need. In my point-of-view you will need to create some report. It can be in FI perspective like I menation query (SQ01/SQ02) than you can create a transaction code for the program generated by this query and deliver to the DEU. Or in the EC-PCA you can create a report in KE80 matching your users needs. Check in here for more information EC-PCA drilldown reports.

    Hi Mike,

there are standard reports that are displaying one PC at once but unfortunately there is no report that displays several PCs in separate columns. The standard reports are always summarizing the values based on the selection and not showing the PC balances column by column.

What you can do is to ask your FI consultants to build a report, via transaction FGI3, that has PC characteristic at column level - this should do the job for you.

    Regards,

    Marek
