How-To Activate Machine Learning for Tickets?

Hello experts,

The question I have is this one:

Where can I input in C4C the condition of Machine Learning being activated? I believe it's in Project Scope but I am not sure about it and I can't find any path on the web.

Please create an incident to SAP Support team , with the tenant details and your acceptance for the terms and conditions below

This feature is available as a beta version for use in test systems only. It has not been released for use in a productive system. If you activate this feature in your test system, you understand and agree to the following conditions: this feature is not covered by your SAP support agreement or by any warranty obligations stipulated in your SAP subscription agreement. SAP shall not be responsible for any data loss or damage that may result from use of this feature. You will not use this feature to process any personal data of end users. SAP may change or remove this function at any time, and SAP may decide – in its sole discretion – to never make this feature generally available in productive systems.

Support will first check if the customer satisfies the pre-requisites for Machine Learning activation and then will be able to assist you further via the incident reported.

Hello Gabriel, we have recently taken on Enterprise licensing to looking at using Machine Learning. Would be good to be aware of the actions you adopt and likewise the implementation. thanks, Andrew
