Date Issue in document flow!

Hello Experts,

On 31.03.2018, we have problem with the date in the document flow view. The documents which were created on 31.03.2018 had all displayed as 01.04.2018, however when I check the document header or view for the tables, the date were correct (31.03.2018).

My observation is due to previous logon time is 03 hrs. ahead of system time, date is changed.

Has anyone encountered it before?

Please help, from where system pick-up previous logon time.

Can it be that those documents are from a company which is located in a different time zone than your SAP Server?

Previous Logon screen you shared is nothing but system is showing a particular user has logged on that date. Hence, don't compare this with the document flow date. Now coming to your issue, not sure which date you checked but if you check VBAK, there would be two fields ERDAT and AUDAT. Which date is correlating with your document flow date ?

Delivery and invoice created on 31.03.2018 (Time 23:04) but in document flow date is showing 01.04.2018. If you check the screenshot 'system time' is showing correct but 'previous logon' time is 03 hrs. ahead, so the date is automatically changed to 01.04.2018

I unable to find from where system picks previous logon time ?
