Is there any T.Code for the following path:

SPRO-> Sales and Distribution,

so that it opens only SD ?

There are some areas in configuration, which has to be accessed through T.Code: SPRO and do not have other T.Codes assigned.

Unfortunately no! SD is not like MM where you have tcodes for most of the SPRO trees.

For SD reports there is good tcode SD01.

There is no transaction code to reach the menu path you referred. As its not a transaction...

Only transactions can have Transaction Code...

No standard T.code or no shart cuts are available you need go by path only as of now ...
