Reverse picking status - outbound delivery

Hello, could you please support me with the following issue:
I cancelled invoice 8630142945. Stock has been returned but the picking status is still confirmed. In LT0G a lock is shown and does not allow to proceed. LT15 does not allow to cancel the TO. Could you please guide me on how to proceed?
