Hi Fadzly,

On clicking of it, either it launches Webdynpro, factsheets application. Make sure you have activated and assigned backend role. Check fiori app library for backend pfcg role and webdynpro app activation. If it launches factsheet app for Cost center, check if you have enabled all the search models and connector.

Hi,

I have crosschecked the config.
It is all fine.
In HTTP trace, I found Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Copy the URL for GetServerInfo and run in different browser, seems issue with your webdispatcher. Also check if this node is activated in SICF.

Start of the navigation pathdefault_hostNext navigation stepsapNext navigation stepesNext navigation stepinaNext navigation stepGetServerInfoEnd of the navigation path

Also please check log for webdispatcher, you can see the error if any.

I would suggest that you import the certificate of the Frontend Server to the S/4HANA Backend so that your backend can trust the logon ticket issued by the FES. That will avoid the pop-up.

Seems that your Web Dispatcher isn't correctly configured for the /sap/es/ina path.

Hi,

If you are using the SAP Web Dispatcher, then you should double check the system selection criteria of your Web Dispatcher and adjust the "wdisp/system_X" parameters accordingly, as suggested by Gregor.

This wiki page might help. You would be using the "SRCSRV" option (most likely).

Cheers!
