Hi All,
I want to create a 'Reference Document' custom screen with all following fields together:
1. Project No.
2. WBS Element
3. Sales Order
4. Production Order
5. Purchase Order
When any one field is entered, the respective details (like plant, material, etc) should automatically come.
As all these fields are not available in one notification type, how do I specifiy these things for development.
Please help.

generally you get these data in Q1 notif type.
if you want new one with all detailes mentioned by you then you need to do the IMG settings.
Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Maintenance and Service Processing->Overview of Notification Type.
here you need to create a new notif type and then add the
screen
1.Screen Areas in Notification Header
Screen type hdr H500 Header quality notification
ScrnType Object O500 Object for customer complaint / batch
2.Screen Structure for Extended View
3.Screen Structure for Simplified View
etc...

When I select screen say '040 - Ref Documents' for type 'Q2 - Vendor fault', the fileds like Material doc, Purchase order etc only appears. But I want to define a custom screen '091' & assign a subscreen which will have all the above required fields together (i.e. PO, Prod order, Sales order, WBS element etc). So how do I specify it.

have you customized the screen using QQMA0001using screen Dynpro 5.
if not system will not allow to assign this in the screen settings.
if you have done that then
goto Screen Structure for Extended View,
select exixting 10\TAB01 and clcik on deatils , here in screen 5 assging the new one i.e 091 and see (instead of 015) for checking only,
if it works then go on
