Could anyone please tell me how can we insert new names(values) for person responsible field in a service order.

Create responsible persons from

spro - PM/CS - Maintenance Plans - Work Center - Determine employee Responsible.

Maintain the Responsible person in HR Master Data

Maintain in Work center

In sap menu - human resourse - personnal management - administration - HR master data - Maintain

Here create ur peronnel number with relevant details.
