Error in settlemnt process co88

Dear Experts,

when i try for settlement process of work orders for my client...then system will show the error of Version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2018...

so kindly suggest what should i do for resolve this error

Hi,

Go to transaction "OKEV" to maintain the version 0 for fiscal year 2018 (see details below) :

- Enter your controlling area (eg 1000)

- Select the line indicating version 0

- Double click on settings for each fiscal year

- In the following screen (not shown), click on new entries to enter the values of fiscal year 2018.

-Alternatively, you can copy the values of the previous fiscal year to fy2018 and make the necessary changes.

-Save and exit.
