I have a problem with announcement of a promotion I've created. When I go to Transaction WAK5 and go to Announcement overview, and try to release a notification upon selecting my 2 stores, I get an info message:
A message could not be created
Message no. WU277
Diagnosis
The system could not create output for the selected articles and plants.
The cause could be one of the following:
- A condition record must exist for each of the plants selected, at plant or distribution chain level, for the output type. If the condition record does not exist, output cannot be created.
When I click on Log, I can see that Notification was done for Condition type RTB1, saying Output was found.
But condition types RTB 2 to RTB 5 contain the same message: Output ignored, Requirement 422 etc.. not fulfilled.
I tried going to transaction NACE, then sellecting WB app and checking condition records, every site and distribution chain is already assigned to Condition types RTB1 to RTB5.
THe only thing I am not certain there is what to put under medium and date/time fields. I've been using 6(EDI) for medium and 2(send with job with additional time spec) for date/time.
Anyone has an answer to my problem?
