C4C call an external WebPage with parameter from Ticket Item and Button

Hi,
i found several blogs about mashups. URL Mashups need a C4C screen to display the result. HTML mashups need an embedded screen.
Now I already added a Button to Ticket Item.

Is there a way to:
_ Read the Ticket Item UUID
_ Forward it to a given external URL as parameter
_ Call this URL and open it in a browser window
without calling it in a window of C4C ?

Hi,

URL Mashups opens up in a new window and not within C4C. You just need to enable this mashup in adapt mode in the tickets BO.

Yes, you can pass the dynamic parameters from C4C to an external link - provided the external link can consume the parameters passed correctly.
