KSB2 shows part of the commitment

Hi All,

I've run KSB2 for commitment line items.

Unfortunately this has not picked up both commitments from a statistical IO:

- one Purchase Order

- two lines using the same IO

- only one commitment appears

Does anyone know why it would pick up one commitment but not the other?

If it helps, the PO has also been goods receipted .. why doens't the commitment show?

Hi,

First of all, go to the PO and see the accounting documents attached to check whether you can see the commitment from there. If not, try to look at the note 152571 - Composite SAP note: Missing or incorrect commitments. If yes, check the details of the commitment and verify that you enter the same in KSB2.
