We have a CRM Client 200 & BI client 500 in our SAPCRM 2007 system.
Need the following information
1. We need the list of BW reports which are possible using the BI client. We have the BI client installed in the CRM server and using this want to know the out-of-the-box reports which can be delivered using this.
Can you please help us with this information.
2. Keeping that in the landscape there is now BW server, will the out-of-the box Mobile Sales reports work - fetching data from the SQL server database which is in the individual mobile client? In other words, for each mobile client, there is an SQL Database. Will the standard MSA reports pull data from this local database in the reports?
With the Data available in the Mobile client in CRM, We would need to check the correctness and completeness of the reports available in mobile client
in the areas of Activities/Opportunities and BP master data.
Basic question : If the mobile client has data, does the mobile client automatically do reporting based on this data (Does it need any involvement of BW???
So we need to answer this from two perspectives:
1. For out of box reports
2. For new reports to be created - I guess for this we would need crystal reports - we need to get this confirmed.
