when upper DSO has error in data but lower dso doesnt show any error.for e.g upper dso have error of invalid character # but lower dso dont show that error in that request id.then what does it mean ??
Hi,
To add to Sudhakar's reply, maybe you lower DSO is a Write Optimized and uper DSO is a standard DSO.
If it is a WO DSO it will not check for invalid chars for the reasons Sudhakar mentioned.

Hi,
In your case, upper DSO has enabled SID setting so that it doesn't allowed any invalid characters and lower DSO has disabled SID setting so that it is allowing invalid characters. The concept of SID mainly used for improve the query performance and decrease the load performance. In your case lower DSO only used for data staging purpose not for reporting . I hope this will help you.

Sudhakar
