Same component conf/allocated qty for a prod order

Hello,

I am seeing a strange behavior in our system for a material. When we create a production order for it, the system comes back with missing parts even though we do have available inventory for those components. The strange part is that the conf/allocated quantities are the same for all those missing parts even if the requirement qty is different for all and many of those materials are actually available.

Another thing is that the conf quantity that all those missing parts have is same as one of the first (non missing) component's available qty in system.
