Escelation Mails are in different language

Hi,

We have created one shopping cart. Requestor got email in his outlook inbox for creation of shopping cart. Approver has also got email in his outlook inbox for approving shopping cart.

These mails should be in log on language given in SU01 T.code. But Approver and Requestor got mails in Dutch language.

Kindly assist me to move further.

Go through the following notes:

Note 888304 - Language of e-mail for offline approval is incorrect

Hi

There is a setting each user can make.

Transaction SBWP

Menu item Settings => Workflow settings => Personal settings

In the lower part you find the option (in English) "Display work item texts in logon language".

For translation, I've seen other solutions, but one that also works is to log in to the system in the language you want to translate to and just translate and save the text.

or

Use the transaction code SE63 to translate the workitem texts....

please try above the same.

Thanks for your reply.

I have selected the Display work item texts in logon languageon sbwp. Eventhough I got mails in dutch language only.

first make ensure and check your workitem text in swi1 or PFTC .

Hi,

We have to changed the language in communication subscreen of address tab in SU01 tcode of the user.

Now we are success.
