Hi experts
I am in SRM 5.0 ECS
I have defined a new smartform for POs ZBBP_PO when I use outpu preview it's working fine, now I changed the FORM NAME to the new form to send it by e-mail in Set Output Actions and Output Format, the problem is when I try to send it by e-mail some errore occur.
Error sending message
Include texts are not maintained in org. model
No invoice address available for purchasing group 50001127
If I change back to standard form BBP_PD no errors occur.
Some idea how to solve it?

Thanks for help me, but unfortunatelly it's not my problem, I followed thesteps mentioned in the note and the error is the same, I think the problem is in the Document you cant set in SE61, but I cant find it for PO, I think for my custom smartform some fields not exist so the system generates errors when try to send the e-mail.
