Creation of new text at header level of ME52N

Hi Gurus,

Please tell me how to create the Text in header level of purchase requisition.Tcode- me52n.

Currently there is only one text at header level as HEADER NOTE.

tell me tcode or path for this.

create new PR document types based on ur priorites, ..so that importance can be identified based on document types when u want to create a new PO

Hi,

C u can make the relevant details in item level.

Reason is one Pr may contain different line items & It is not mandatory that whole PR is send to one vendor only, So some text is entered at the header level it is applicable to all.

so it is not suggestable.

There is No Such Functionality in Standard to Create Purchase Requisition Header Text types.

Why you want to Create another Header Text type?

Could you please Elaborate the Business Requirement?

Thanks for u r reply's.

Here requirement is like that , They want to enter PRIORITY for PR

like High,Normal,low.

Now if i have 2 to 3 line items in my PR then it is not possible to take

item wise priority as per their PR format developed by me

that Priority is in Upper side of smartform.And all PR items are coming in table format(in main window)in that they don't want priority.

In short they want Priority at PR wise ,not PR item wise.

so for that i want to maintain that in header level.

It is not possible to create new header text for PR as it will create problem will trasfering to PO.

Not possible, you can create item texts

What shall the new header text do ?

If you expect that it will be copied to a PO, then let you tell that this is not possible, as you can combine many PRs to one PO, and SAP would not know which header text should have precedence.
