Bo connection backup DATABase

Hello,

we have an MS SQL Server that has a failover server

is there an option in BO to add this failover server to the MS SQL Server connection?

it's a mirror server, yes we can say it's a backup

when the production server is offline because of an issue, the application automatically starts to use the failover server.

NO, there is no option to have 2 connections to CMS DB and automatically switch between them for failover inside BI Platform.

You will need to configure this via DNS configuration or at SQL server farm itself.
BOE is not aware of DB clusters.
