Issue Regarding Workflow Container

Hi All,

We are facing the following issue in system.

If the workflow is getting triggered from CRM , then particular WI Container value is filling as 0.00.

But the same workflow if we trigger from SWUS , that corresponding WI container value is getting filled.

Noticed that WI Created by me , if I am using SWUS , if it is from CRM then WI Created by - Workflow-system.

P.S : Issue happening only in Testing & Production , working perfectly in Development.

Kindly help on the same.

Hi,

This particular workflow container, is it populated at the start of the workflow or somewhere along the line. Also if this issue is related to user-id then please check if the Wf-BATCH user has an email, or a default printer or any other difference (e.g. user parameters) which might influence workflow behavior.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the answer.

Corresponding Container element is getting filled in task containers of workflow , not on workflow triggering.

All authorizations and setings are fine for wf-batch user.

Hi,

In CRM this is then probably triggered through an action. You have to check the action profile in customizing to see if additional parameters are passed on to the workflow. And like I said check user parameter differences, these can be of influence.
