Testing sample

Dear all,

plz give for the solution for following query:

We have one scenario:

We want send small piece of raw material for testing for third party and we will not get that back also.

I will explain in detail.

Raw material length: 1000 mm and with that we we will get 10 pc of Fert.(that means 100 mm of roh for each fert.

Some times I want to send 15 mm of piece third party for testing purpose.and they will test it and they will give report.but we will not get it back that piece.

Because of that 15 mm cutting we will get 9 pc of fert and along with that 85 cm of scrap also.

How to map this in SAP.how to send 15 mm outside.

How to track those 15 mm and 85 mm in the system.

Hi

what is triger point for sending out the sample?

do you have any production order to produce 10piece from 1?

Are you create any inspection lot during production or GR prod.

provide detail process>>>>

some times you are sending out means?

Manual Inspection lot--- MIC( control indicator destructive )
