I cant find Approve and Reject button in My Inbox- Incident management app

My Inbox app is generic app for all approve and reject process. I have implemented My Inbox app for EHS. My Inbox - Incident Management in parameter I have mentioned


But I can't see Approve and Reject button in app. Is there any config we need to do for app.

Hi Nandish, You need to complete the tasks for scenario and consumer types configuration as specified in the S/4HANA documentation below.

There may not be an Approve/Reject button - instead these may use the Open Task launch option. So the question is - are you seeing an Open Task button?

Hi Jocelyn,

I need small information regarding Manage Bank Account, when I click Import and Export Bank accounts button. A web dynpro app will open in next tab.

But in my case when I click on button its giving error as "

Navigation to this application is not supported."

Its working in Dev system, but in QA system its giving error.
