Personnel assignment to Work Center and during confirmation

Hi PP gurus,

Gud mrng. my client business scenario is as under... we produce cards involving printed control board. The capacity category involved here is purely personnel. The cards production follows the serial nos.. Each card is given to only one person and all the operations related to that card is done by that person himself to have traceability in case of any defects. For this, we have defined serial no profiles and assigning serial nos for the cards during production order creation. Now, the confirmation should happen serial no wise with person name and the no of hours he has taken for that card.

Pls help me how this can be done...
